-Customized meal plan or macros (your choice) with supplementation and cardio regimen
-Bi/Weekly check ins with your progress pictures and weight
-Adjustment to the plan will be made bi/weekly or as much as needed depending on how you are looking and reacting to the plan
-We will be constant communication to answer any question or concern that you might have and to make sure you are on track and looking your best
